went to the front, asked the cashier if I could get help with shipping something. I stood at the counter forever with no employee in sight. Went into the store today to get assistance with shipping thru their fedex ship services. This was after I had been to Best Buy, which told me, without even looking at the monitor, my only solution would be to junk it and buy a new one. Another staffmember at Office Max also helped me figure out that the reason my 2005 monitor was not working was simply dust on the plug. This was a software problem not covered by the warranty, but he did not charge me.
Terence at Office Max spent a lot of time getting that stuff off, reinstalling Windows 10, and getting the machine to work.
